Transmission was replaced because the car had a blown tranny upon purchase. The motor & Engine were pulled from the top instead of just the transmission from the bottom. Transmission shifts great.

Car starts fine with no issues. After a while the car starts to stumble, and run rough seems like once the engine warms up. Front driver side O2 Sensor was replaced but still the same issue. Been getting a variety of codes that are o2 and fuel trim related. Someone mentioned a "Fuel readapt" but didn't mention how to do it.

Any idea what it could be? Haven't found any vacuum leaks... also intermittently the passenger side cat get red momentarily and then just goes back to normal.

P0056 - Consistently shows up.
P0156 - Consistently shows up.

P0154 - Intermittently shows up.
P1181 - Intermittently shows up.
P1175 - Intermittently shows up.
P1172 - Intermittently shows up.
P0134 - Intermittently shows up.
