02 S80 T6 - Sluggish acceleration from stop

I have a 02 S80 T6 with 102,000 miles. Lately the car has been very sluggish when accelerating from a stopped position. If I tap the accelerator there is very little reaction. Once I apply more pressure it will move but it still seems a little sluggish up to 2,000 RPMs. After that it seems fine and the turbo does not seem to have any problems kicking in. There are no codes in the system.

I replaced the fuel filter this morning and I am going to replace the plugs this weekend. I know it's a general question, but does anyone have any ideas what causes the sluggishness at low RPMs?

V70 non-turbo sluggish acceration fm start

HI, have an 03 V70 non-turbo with 127000 miles which is/was sluggish from a stop. Once rolling and engine about 2000-2500 RPM all is well. No engine codes are present.
So far I have replaced the plugs, old ones gapped at .040, spec is .030, also removed all electrical conncetors under the hood I could and cleaned and reconnected and ensure they all are seated correctly. Looked and lstned for vacuum leaks and again removed and reinstalled all lines I could and added a few clamps to lines to ensure they were secure. So far it is much better but not perfect. HAve aslo cleaned the MAS and the throttle body and rn a couple injector cleaner bottles thorough the system.
Next up to replace is the fuel filter, but I think it ws replace at about 105K when the timing belt and other service was perfromed, so not sure this will have any benefit.
Any thoughts or comments appreciated.

sluggish accelration

In response to your actual question. the guys and I in the office have a theory we are looking for a fuel flow issue or a vacuum leak.
With no code displaying we theorize the MAS sensor is functioning correctly an getting the air fuel ratio correct. what we don't know is if the fuel is to low or the air is to low at start up causing the sluggishnes until high flow rates are acheved.
So this is why I'm looking for leaks, bad electrical connections or the fuel filter.
Just my Opinion.

same issue here, i have seen many t6's burn rubber on acceleration but my T6 doesn't, its very sluggish. Going to do a basic tune up here soon.

What you described is exactly how my car is though.
