Default 02 sensor test results?

I ve run an o2 sensor test with an actron 9180. Unfortunately I can't decipher them. It isn't giving me voltages for the front sensors. It just gives me a Max:255, Meas: 127, and MIN: 90. It gives me 4 sets of these numbers for the test which vary slightly. But what exactly are these values? Then for the down stream sensors it gives me voltages. Which I understand.
And of course for some reason it only gives me live data for the downstream sensors, which from what I understand should remain relatively constant. They don't, bank 2 jumps more than bank 1. The voltage will go from .04 to .79. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but this just means that the cat can't compensate for the readings(hi or low) being given from the front sensors? Meaning either the front sensors are giving bogus readings or the cat is gone?
The oxygen sensor monitor trip cycle is still incomplete so haven't got any codes off of those yet.

My brain hurts.

um yeah.. the readings of voltage you just gave look like what should be coming from the signal on a front oxygen sensor... but you are exactly right. an oxygen sensor is the same build in most cars regardless if its bank 2 sensor 1 or bank 2 sensor 2, so with those readings from the post cat sensor tell me either your cat is inop or you dont have one...
