2) Pilot Hole & Drill - Normally no drilling is required. I had inserted hoses and filled it with name brand roof caulk to help the mount last longer so I needed to drill the rubber out for the hack saw blade. The material after weeks of dry time never solidify even after one year of the heat from the engine.
3) Cut Slots On Outer Casing - Cut two side by side slots to remove tension and chiseled out with pry bar. Didn't know outer casing was plastic so came out easily.
4) Poly Bushing - Went in easily also but hopefully it will expand a little when tightened. Car is waiting for a Coolant Reservoir so no feedback but am hoping that it will be quieter as some of the reviewers have indicated.

nice post. one trick I've used is to put the new bushings in the freezer prior to the install to shrink them - they'll slide in more easily. Poly bushings do tend to shrink more than metal - if you use them in the suspension (ie control arms), its not uncommon to have clunks on really cold days.
