04 S80 T6 Reduced Engine Performance warning

I have an 04 S80 T6 with 232K. I recently fixed a hard starting problem by replacing the fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, and finally the crank position sensor. A few thousand miles later a Reduced Engine Performance warning light came on. The car lost power, slowed to about 10 mph, pushing the gas pedal to the floor did nothing. I coasted to a stop, the engine would only rev to about 1500 rpm with the pedal to the floor. I shut the engine of, waited a few minutes, re-started the car, and it ran great for a few days, then the problem occured again. Same fix worked. This began happening on a daily basis. At the suggestion of a non-Volvo mechanic, I un-plugged the MAF sensor. The car ran great for a few days, then the Reduced Engine Performance light came on and back to the same old problems. I am a long way from a Volvo dealer, or anyone willing to work on Volvo's. The non-Volvo mechanic says his code reader says there are problems with the throttle position sensor. I haven't been able to find this part online. Any ideas as to how to solove this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
