2000 S80 Clock

Clock/temp went out. I thought I would check the fuse, but the manual does not list one. Other ideas?
Also, when I checked the fuse box on the left side of the dash I noticed what appears to be a red ground wire that is loose. Any idea where it goes?

Never mind about the clock. Looked it up on YouTube. Now the loose wire....?
