2007 S80 Module Questions
 

Hi, I'm new to this forum and this might strike regular forumers as rude and I do apologize for my bluntness but I have a very very troubling question in mind.

I'm planning to buy a used 2007 S80 with 63k mi on the odometer and I have been trying very hard to get to know more about the issues that I might face after my purchase! I'm trying to decide if it's going to cost a boat load of money to maintain the car, say after 5k down the road, which is something I don't want to deal with (at least not so soon!).

Anyone out here with an 07 or 08 S80 that can help me out here please? :( Perhaps someone with 80k on the Od? How much have you spent in maintenance over the past year? I really don't mind having to fix things myself, but I hear the usual issues that Volvos have are its electrical system, the modules (and the modules are carries a hefty price tag!). How often has this happened with other 2007- S80 owners out there; have you had this problem yet?
