2011 S80 fuel rail removal
 

I need to replace my fuel sensor on my 2011 S80. The first problem I seem to have is being able to get to the Star fastener to remove it, absolutely no room to maneuver the bit. The second problem looks like the star bit may be stripped. What size star fastener is it?
So here’s my question what happens if I pull the fuel rail off? I’m asking because I guess I’m not sure how it works and what’s underneath the fuel rail once I remove the three bolts on top and pull it off. If I Can get the fuel rail off it would give me the room and leverage I need to take off the fuel sensor and replace it. What am I missing? Is there an easier way? Any help appreciated.
