2012 S80 front disc help

I need to change my front disc's.

Iv been told to check my disc size as theres 2 different size's (16" and 16.5") that fit my car.
iv checked and my disc's around 12".
i really don't understand, can anyone please help.
my reg number is LS62VNN.
