99 S80 2.9
 

I'm trying to put an Alpine sound system in my S80. The factory radiomounting bracket isn't fitting with the dash kit that I was sent. It goes half way on and doesn't go on any farther. Also I tried to take off the speaker grilles with a screw driver and got a small crack in it. This leads me to believe that I have to take the door panel off. Is this true and if so, how do I take it off?

The door panel has clips around the bottom of it.
The handle where you grab to close has one screw under the cover and it should slide off.
