IS the 99 S80 T6 reliable?
 

hey guyz i was askin if u can tell me if the S80 T6 99 reliable or not?

My humble opinion, it depends a great deal on what how the car has been maintained, and who has done the work. Note that when something goes wrong it is not always easy, or cheap, to repair. Looking over your other posts I'll add that if I were looking for a fast street legal car I wouldn't consider the 99 S80 T6.

The answer to your question is NO.

not4long, why do you say the 99 S80 T6 is not fast? My daughter has one and I think it my be faster than my 850 R's. I was beat by once, not my daughter, in my 97 850 R. They are a V6 with a twin turbo.

It's fast, I just wouldn't buy it if I were looking for a 'street racer'; you know what I mean. It's not really designed for this, in my opinion.

I agree with you though; it's typically not reliable.

If u are planning to drive the car as if u steal it everyday .. it will never last long... especially the transmission. Not to mention to maintain and to repair it is really expansive.
