AC cycling too fast
 

ok I'm starting a new tread cause I have gotten around the last problem and now have a new one.

There appears to be a pressure or temp sensor built into the compressor. I bypassed that sensor to activate the compressor clutch. I did not run a new line to the clutch, I just bypassed the sensor, so you can still control the compressor from the ecc. Then I filled more through the low pressure line.

Now I am getting 35-40lbs on the low side and 160-180 on the high side while at 78 degreesF ambient when the compressor is running. However, every few seconds the compressor cycles on and off, and the center vent is only blowing 68degrees with a 78degree ambient.

What should I check next?

can anyone tell me how to replace the sensor on the back of the compressor? That is currently my biggest problem

Just leave the sensor bypassed. Sounds like you might still be low on freon.
