Hello Folks ! My AC is behaving in a abnormal way " to me" Today I went to my garage and I found the AC blowing air by it self!! no key in the car... is this normal? I just drove like 20 minutes before and the day was very hot here in Florida... this is the second time that this happened to me is this normal?? if not what should I do also if is normal I don't like the idea of having my ac running by it self! battery can die! thank you so much

Its very normal on this car.. Nothing to worry about.. I promise you that volvo designed the system like this to prevent condensation and mould in the AC system, and it will NOT kill your battery..

As a bonus, it keeps your car cool for a few minutes while its parked out in the sun...

PS. Its not your AC running, just the fan motor... It would need the engine to be on to provide AC

Default AC turning on by itself

Does this feature apply to V70's? ie the fan blower activating itself when the engine has been switched off after a drive on a hot day? Thanks, Kereta
