Unhappy S80 V8 Power Steering Fitting Headache -photos

I had a leak in my high pressure hose assembly (part 31280401) on my 2007 Volvo S80 V8 AWD LHD, so decided to replace the hose\assembly. Everything was going fine with the removal of the old part until I ran into this high pressure fitting coupler. I cant get it off without destroying it, uhg, 3 hours of messing with it, tring to make tooling, shim it, and internet searches, nothing. It looks like it is really simple to refit once you it decoupled. Anyone know how I can release this fitting? Do I need a special tool. I tried fabricating something but it was not effective. This is the passengers side.

By the way, that little plastic retainer thing you see front in center, there are 4 of those total on the fitting, and the fitting is in an awkward spot of course. Is a special tool needed? Is this a one-way coupler?

Take a look of the photos, it is the fitting on the left. Any idea?

I figured it out, just google Fuel Line Quick Disconnect Tool, plenty on Amazon, I got 6pc nylon-plastic set at Harbor Freight for $6. They have about 8 different sets in stock, who knew it was so common. I went for the cheapest which in not usually my style but it was all I really needed. It worked great.
They come in many shapes\sizes, they look like this:

That`s the result of Fords ownership. Ford loves those connectors.
