Cabin Vibration

Hi, Guys, need urgent help as I am visiting my mechanic today.

Car: Volvo s80 1999

He changed my car's transmission by taking out the engine and disassemble many things.

Once I got my car, it has now vibration in tires if 5 people sitting in the car (With driver and front passenger, no noticing vibration).

I changed all the bushes, new tires, almost every thing related to suspension..but still while cursing from 40-80 I feel noticeable vibration in tires with 5 people sitting in car.

What could be the possible problem of this irritating vibration.

Note: Engine and Transmission mounts changed when re assembling.

So I am freaking out with options. Please help.

A couple of things:
Can you elaborate when you say feeling vibration in "tires"?
Are the tires new or close to end of life?
Do you feel shaking on the steering wheel?
Or is the vibration felt all over?
Does the car feel like it wants to stall? Or rev?

Anything else to elaborate can probably help with a diagnosis.

Update.

Yesterday I drove along my mechanic, while accelerating there is vibration and on no acceleration all smooth. So we got closed to the problem, which as per mechanic is Axels, so he changed but problem is there, there is no play in tires while checking....so hub seems OK!

So can I guess that the used transmission he put into my car has a problem ? because I almost changed all the suspension parts and problem is still there.

Please do note: that Vibration increase under load only.

Any guesses....
