Default Door Lock Actuator????

I think my door lock actuator is bad. When I put the key in the driver side door and turn to lock it or unlock it is make a slipping sound noise from the acuator. It also does this when I open the other doors and the noise only comes from the driver front door. But the doors still lock and un-lock, do I need to change the entire acuator and if so who has one at the best price?

Default Door lock

I just changed the passenger lock on my 2003 C70 convertible last week. Cost abot $175.00 from the dealer and $150. from volvopartswebsite.com
It took me 2 hours to remove and 40 min to install. On my car I did not need to remove the window but worked around the window frame, some models you may need to remove the window and frame.
My lock just would not lock at all.
