headlight removal
 

i would like to know how to remove my headlight fixtures on my 2000 volvo s80. if anyone can help thanks alot.

I just finished doing it like 10 times just today (re-doing my retrofit)

First you gotta remove your bumper

1- open the hood and where the grill is there is like 10 black pins you can pull out, DO IT!
2- on the bottom of the bumper in the bottom grille opening, on each side there is a little tab you can pull out, there is 1 on each side, pull them out and there will be a screw, unscrew it.
3- Remove the wipers somehow, I don't remember how I did it tho. But remove them. And then pull out on that black plastic trim that goes along the bumper where the orange corner light is
4- once you unscrew both sides, SLIDE the bumper outwards towards the front of the car
5- once the bumper is off there is 2 screws over the headlights on each side, un screw them
6- un plug all the wiring.

yeah its not that easy because there are quite a bit of pop rivets on the bumper inside the wheel well that i found out were holding it on also.
