Can anyone out there tell me the going rate for a new ABS module and software download is for an s80 2002?

First quote I got was 1,200 for the module and 250 for software download. I am talking a new module not a rebuilt one?

With labor and tax I am looking at 1,600.....

I had gotten a re-built one put in with no software download about 2yrs. ago. There are shifting problems b/c of the no software download I think?
I had a diagnosis done to the car and no transmission issues came up. Just all abs items.

Could i get away with a software download ($250) to the re-built one I have in or should I get the new Module and software download and just be done with it.

Also, does $250 sound right for software download??? I thought it was cheaper then this...
