Help finding a grill
 

Hey everyone, I am new to volvo's.I just bought a 00' S80 2.9, and I am trying to modify it a little. I am wondering if anyone make an aftermarket grill for the S80. I've seen some pics of volvo's with all black grills with no emblems, but I can't find one for mine. Does anyone know where I can get one. Thanks

Or..have yours prepped and painted as I did with mine. I just left the Volvo logo untouched. I believe most aftermarket grills come without the diagnal bar and logo.

There isn't one made for s80 models.

So your going to have to paint your stock one black or build your own somehow.

I did mine with some extra BBQ paint I had......Just taped off the areas I didnt want black and turned out pretty good for a 15 minute job. Didnt remove anything

What you want to use is a spray can of Plastidip if you can find it.

thanks, that explains why I couldn't find one. My stepdad owns a bodyshop so I'll just get him to paint it, or see if he can make a custom one. I'll let you know how it turns out.

I had the same problem I was looking everywhere for a grille and just couldn't find one so I went and bought some spray paint primer and black glossy spray paint. Put painters tape around the edges and the emblem and went to work and this is how it turned out. Not bad but deff. better than what it used to be.
