07 S80 Heat not blowing. Air not blowing. 14 Volts at blower fan harness. Blower fan does not appear to be moving but we hear dampers opening and closing. Error on Vida is CCM-B108177 Left Temperature Damper Motor - Mechanical Failures - Command position not reachable. Please help. I do not understand how the blower motor would not move and we have this error regarding the left temperature damper motor.
