I'm worried the Dealer is ripping me off...Vibration, & Fuse Problems..PLEASE HELP!

Please someone help!!!!

Ok here's the deal. My 1999 Volvo s80 T6 has a bad vibration/shaking problem when driving 40-65mph, it has been doing this for months, and I just got new tires because I figured it could be a tire balance issue, but it did not help. Now the car is even decelerating on it's own. Like it will just drop to a couple rpms on it's own occasionally when I'm acceleratting (mostly when accelerating up a hill). Also, for almost a year, I have 1 fuse that continues to blow. I believe it's Fuse 7. It's a 5 A and it when it blows, I lose my headlights, power to my wipers, locks, etc, and then if I turn the car off after it blows, it will let me turn the car back on, but it won't let my take the car out of park.

I took it to the Jaguar, Volvo, Land Rover Dealership where we get our Oil Changes, etc done. And this is the answer's they gave us.

They said they have no idea what is wrong with the fuse because they cant get it to blow.

And they told us that we have broken turbo hoses and that we also need to do a cam shaft reset. The tech didn't even know if this would fix any of my problems. The cost to do the turbo hoses and cam shaft reset is $900, is this something a regular joe like myself could do for cheaper, and are these repairs even necessary?

Someone please tell me how to fix my problems!!!!

The cam reset is a pain to do. The turbo hoses are pretty easy.

They need to isolate the circuit for the fuse that keeps blowing and see what is wrong.
Do you also loose the Cig lighter? If so maybe it is due to something you have plugged in?
