Hi, my volvo s80 1999 which has leaking air from this part. Picture attached. Though I sealed it with thin white tape and air is no longer is leaking but I am curious if this part still needs replacement or not. Cheers!

 

That hose provides vacuum to your brakes. Keep an eye on it as you probably have found a solution.
