Jumping in!
New member here. Not my first Volvo, nor first volvo forum. I'm a member at Brickboard, Volvospeed, and Matthews. Wanted to join here because I'm about to close a deal on a 2010 S80 base 3.2 and it seems there is more info here on the later S80 models. I've read through the posts here and it seems that overall, from about '08 to current, these cars are pretty tried and true and don't suffer from too many problems. The car has 39k, one owner bought in GA and roamed in TN. The car is immaculate, is certified and will come with 6yr/100kmi warranty. I know my way around an 850 pretty good and will be doing all the service myself, so feel free to advise me of anything I need to peek at before closing this deal (drivers seat leather will be scrutinzed ;)) as well as any discussion on tips/tricks. Moving from an '09 VW TDI. Looking forward to the car and camaraderie!
