Malfunctioning Headlights/ Dipped Beam
 

I cannot get the head lights to function in my 1999 Volvo S80 T6. The high beams work fine, but the low beams are not functioning. I replaced the relay, the switch, and I checked the fuse all of them check out... I did change out my wiring harnesses inside the headlight assembly itself, and both headlights worked temporarily. Then I turned the car back on, and now I have no low beams again. About five years ago, before I was car savvy, I paid the dealership $1,000 to replace the CEM. The car has been sitting for a while. I recently resurrected it, but the low beams have been an issue for years.
