More T6 issues

Hey got another question here: 2000 S80 T6

Significant vibrating when I press the brake pedal...I assume a warped disk/rotor, correct? also i've noticed that the rear of the T6 floats around on the road a lot when going over bumps on the highway. Say for instance I am going around a slight curve at highway speeds and I go over a little bump, like the beginning of a short bridge. The rear of the car almost fishtails out of control for a second and I have to jerk the steering wheel to compensate and get it back under control. the tires aren't that great in the back, but is that all that it could be? I'm not sure that new tires would make that big of a difference. could be the relatively sporty suspension too, possibly. The T6 is by no means a light car and it's kind of strange that a slight bump going around a curve can make it fishtail so much. Appreciate any help!

Feeling the vibration in the brake pedal is warped rear rotors. You might have a waek shock in the back of the car.Or it could also a weak rear sway bar link.

Do i need to get a completely new sway bar for it? is this a process that I can do myself fairly easily? or does it require lifts, special tools, etc. would you recommend a service appointment?

You can replace just the sway bar end links. It is not that hard to replace them.
