Rear seat won't fold down S80 2009

The right side rear seat in my S80 2009 is not folding down after pulling the control handle located in the trunk. The left side rear seat is folding down with no problem when the control handled is pulled. Can I fix this myself or will I need to go to the dealership to get this fixed.
