S80 2007 Headlight motor defect. Lights won't swilvel

S80 2007 Headlight motor defect. Lights won't swilvel
My lh headlamp motor/electronics have packed up. Lights won't go up and down nor swivel in the direction in which wheels are pointing. Unit can only be obtained Thanks from Volvo and cost Danish Kr 13.000 ca £1200. Can anyone tell em if they can be repaired and how.
