S80 Grill again
 

Is there an easy way of taking the S80 grill off? I want to paint it black, but still can't find any instructions that doesn't involve removing the front bumper bar.

Additionally what have people used to paint the grill? I was thinking of actually cutting the metal bits off and then installing mesh in place?
