S80 vs S60 what to buy?
 

I am new to the Volvo scene and want to get your opinion on the S60 and S80. My wife and I both drove them this past weekend, she likes the S60 and I loved the S80. The 60 drives better, but I love the room of the S80. I am coming from a large SUV so that may sway my opinion of the S80. I am curious about everything on both models, thier quirks, thier atributes, any information is more than I know as of now. Anyway I just wanted your opinion. Thanks for any input.:eek:

Well, speaking as a pretty new S80 T6 owner, my bias lies towards the S80. But, to give you some idea, we looked at the S60 and the S80. The S80 is much bigger and drives like a dream. Our T6 is fast, handles wonderfully and is solid as heck.

Our T6 is an 02, but we did actually have the option of getting a new S80 AWD, but couldn't pass up the deal we got on our 02.

Our S80 T6 replaced a 91 4dr Acura Integra. Although that was a great car for us, we wanted the room of something bigger - the S60 didn't give us that. I think you would be disappointed with the smaller S60.

just dont buy a '99 or '00 S80...they have way to many quirks in them. I have one...trust me, i know.

[8D] Well I have decided to go with the S80. I have found an 01 and an 02. Just having to see what the best value for the money. My preference is the 02 becasue of the color. Thank you for your help on the matter.
