s80 wastegate actuator
Anyone know where to purchase a waste gate actuator? One of mine is broken on my 2003 s80 T6 and my Volvo dealer only sells the whole turbo.
This is crazy they want $900.00 for a $40 vacuum bulb!

This might be the part , but you really need to list what engine and the engine serial number to be sure. 9471532 or 9471534 , etc,....
This was a popular euro model vehicle, which is why it is harder to find in the USA.
The part is available, it is referred to as a "Repair Kit."

+1. Start by check out eBay and Amazon. I also like to use dealer parts stores to find the Volvo part number and go from there. You can find the engine code on the front timing cover and its stamped in the block on the back side of #1 or by using a VIN decoder - should look like B6284T - the VIN 6-7 digits match up to the modular engine codes as well which you can google.
