My 2009 s80 needs to warm up for at least 30 mins before I can shift from Park; when it's cold out.

This usually only happens during the first startup in the morning. It's very frustrating to say the least.

Has this happened to anyone else? Ideas?

My 1999 S80 had that problem when near new. Turned out to be a faulty park release solenoid that i think is near but under the shift lever. Don't know whether it is accessed from inside or underneath. Dealer replaced it under warranty. Don't think it is hard to get to, but i am not sure since i didn't watch.
