SRS Air Bag Service Urgent/Oil leak

I've had this oil leak for a couple of years, just thought it was something simple. I took it to an independent mechanic, it wasn't good. Basically he believes that the camshaft seal may be leaking, he called volvo to find out how common this this. Noone has ever heard of this happening before. There is oil pooling up around the coils, and noone seems to be able to find out where it is comming from. Some mechanics suggested to take off the cam cover and reseal the camshaft as well as the cover(with labor and parts $800.00) Whilethey are in there they are also recommending to do the timing belt it needs along with water pump and thermostat (700.00) That alone had me wondering how much I really wanted to keep the car.

I've had the air bag light on for about 4 years now. My battery died once and it came up, well I finally decided it was to have it fixed as well. According to them, the seat belt buckles for driver and passenger need to be replaced as well as the ignition. Even though they work there's a signal that is not being relayed, the only fix is to replace all of these parts. The seat belt receivers were 40 bucks a piece on e bay with a 30 day warranty the ignition is 230 from the dealer it needs to be preprogrammed from the factory for the specific car so the keys can work.

Oh yeah, the mechanic also told me it was time for new struts (350.00) one of them is leaking. Old girl is on her way to be traded in for a Silverado. Never again Volvo
