Stange Noise on Front Driver Side

I have a 2002 S80 T6. (93000 Miles)
I have looked all for the past two days to find someone with a similar problem with little to no success.
This is what’s going on: Every mourning for the first 15 min or so of driving there is a KLUNK then a SCRAPEING sound whenever I hit even the slightest bump it sounds like it is around the driver’s side front tire area. The handling is not affected and the car does not bounce. The thing that is strange is that if I don’t drive it first thing in the mourning it will not do it at all that day and after those first 15 mins it stops until the next day.
The ride is still very smooth no bouncing. Turns smooth with no grinds. In all the car rides and drives great except for that first drive.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get it check its Engine mountings, shocks, struts, axle etc. You have to visit local work shop to be sure.

i am by far no mechanic, but i know that a klunking sound that stops after a bit of driving normally means the dampers or the spring seats. the dampers could be going bad and get locked up after you drive and then start to loosen after a while of driving, or same with the spring seats. they just arent totally in place and shift until they seat properly, the shifting around would be what causes the klunking noise.

Thanks guys I will take a look at it when I get it back from the shop on Wednesday. I am having the timing belt replaced. I was thinking that it could be the strut. But I post my findings. That was a good Video by the way a little strange but good all the same.

Thanks for the responses I was starting to wonder if anyone was going to venture a guess.

If it will sound like drumming and continuing on even the little bumps then it can be strut otherwise it cannot be a strut.....Good luck and do share the outcome.
