Sunroof Alignment
 

I had to replace my entire sunroof because the glass broke and messed up the old sunroof's tracks pretty bad. The new unit is in without the glass but the tracks aren't quite aligned. They are off by maybe 1/2". Anyone know how to align the tracks? Is it even possible? I went through the Calibration process but that didn't do anything. All advice is appreciated.

Figured it out...If anyone wants to know, here's how:

First, I opened the sunroof all the way, or as far as either side could go. Next, I removed the motor, which you can do with the sunroof in the car. I then used a long screwdriver to push both rails all the way to the stop points towards the back of the car, basically in fully open position. Then I reinstalled the motor and calibrated it. Done!
