Default Sunroof won't move forward all the way, and is uneven

I have a 2001 Volvo S80 and the other day I went to open the sunroof and it made a loud click/pop noise when it went back. It made the same loud noise when I tried to close it and I noticed the shade got stuck/jammed open. I was able to get the sunroof closed but the shade remained jammed back in the open position. I muscled the shade closed and noticed it made a scraping noise when I did. I saw a video from Robert on how easy it is to remove the glass so I did so, removing the screws from each side, so I could look into what was causing the problem with the shade. The clips were all bent up so I cut them off and the shade seems fine....but now the tracks that guide the sunroof open and closed, vent and closed, wont go all the way forward. This means I can't get them in a vent position to screw the glass back in...they also are not parallel - the right side is sitting farther forward than the left now when it's moved all the way up...so now I'm rolling around sans sunroof glass. Any ideas on how to fix this before I take it to a dealership??

Pics are super helpful when asking how to fix something with broken parts. Or even a parts diagram from Tasca pointing to the broken area.
