Default Transmission Stuff

So, I replaced my transmission in my 2001 S80 T6 with a known good unit out of a 2003 S80 T6. Before the swap, I had no codes, but it slipped horribly (Must've been all those Honda's I spanked...) Anyway, now that the new transmission is in, the car immediatley displayed a TCM0100 code, which is for a bad Pressure Control Solenoid. I replaced the solenoid with a new one, and the code remains. Is there any programming differences between the two years of transmissions? Thinking of grabbing a TCM out of an '03 and seeing if that fixes it.
