v70 Urgent SRS, and Dash blacks out

2003 V-70 SRS Urgent Service . Now every few days the dash panel Indicators Speedo, tack, temp, clock, no directionals,all go blank. Re start car dash works, SRS still on.Are problems related? Is SRS still under warrenty?

Finally took car to dealer. Dealer found a chaffed wire under drivers seat that would ground out. Repaired at no cost. Great!
