Volvo S80 2.0T Oil leak?

Hi

I have 2000 s80 2.0 T and i have a fairly serious oil leak when the engine is hot. it is coming from the back centre of the engine. it is hitting the driveshaft and spreading it everywhere and i cant pin point it. i cant replicate the problem when the car is not driving. anyone any ideas on what it could be. its doesnt seem to be the turbo or the oil return pipe from the turbo. help

You mean 2.9t?

No it's a 2.0T. It's an Irish car. It's spraying against the firewall it's a big mess. Will try and get photos up but very unclear to the eye so trying to find what to look for.
Thanks

I would check the oil return line o-ring in the block.

Others have posted that a plug on their engine block might have popped out. Take a small mirror and see if you can find an opening. If this is the problem, tap in a new plug.

It's not the return piPe o ring as that's what I checked first. I'm getting it put up on ramps again on Tuesday. Any idea where one of these bungs could be located. Thanks for the responses guys.

What 537 was referring to only applies to Non turbo models.

Make sure there is not a crack in the oil feed line.
