Warm weather blower

in our 01 T6, after parking it in the garage, I have returned to the garage and heard what sounds like a blower fan running. When I open the door to the interior of the vehicle, the blower for like ac or heat is on. I think it is just trying to cool the car off, but not really sure anyone have ideas? Thanks again Tech.

It wouldn't be trying to cool the car. Only thing that should be running would be the radiator fan behind the grill. Sometimes there can be a malfunction and it would run when it's not supposed to. If it is running then your fluid could be low or dirty and need replacing (therefore causing the engine to overheat). It sounds like an electronic problem. Perhaps a relay needs to be replaced. Tech could answer that one, I'm guessing.

That is perfectly normal, it's clearing out the a/c evaporator to keep from rusting and eventually leaking down the road...runs about 40 mins after turn off car for like 10 minutes. Freaked me out first time I noticed it too :D

That's alot more high-tech than my 99 S80. If mine did that I would, of course, complicate it beyond neccesity as I do with all my car problems.

Yeah my 00 does the same thing and is normal. Was working replacing the breaks and checking for oil leaks, then all of a suddent, woooommmm. Scared the heck out of me, reminded me of a missle or plane ramping up to get ready to go.. Thought the car was going to eat me for calling it all those names..

Yours should have it. Someone might have turned the function off.
