Hello, 99 S80 2.9 129K miles

Does anyone know at what millege intervels the spark plugs need to be replaced on these cars. I know the last owner replaced them at 70k miles and it now has almost 130K miles(which are mostly highway). And do the spark plugs wires need to be replaced also.

Your car doesn't have plug wires.
I change them every 30K.

 

also , I go to volvo and get the 6 plug pack, when they told me the retail price I kindly said, well, I am going to check the price at so-in-so auto parts, and the parts person said okay, how about a discount!, heyit worked for me!, I always try to get a good relationship with the parts person, profit is not a dirty word, but some of the cost of the parts is crazy, I found the Volvo Parts Club to be a great source for original parts.
