window blocks

Hi All,
New to forum, my front drivers side window made a crackly noise then stopped winding, I took the door panel off and noticed both window blocks cracked. Please tell me if these blocks are sold seperately and how to fit them myself to avoid going to the dealer.
My car is S80 2000 REG.

Buy them from the Dealer.
They slide into the window track then the regulator snaps into the blocks.

Thanks for the help. Do I have to lock it with the pins before snapping on the regulator/ Thanks

Leave the clips on the blocks then snap the regulator into the blocks.
