Windshield wipers for 2004 S80

Hi - this seems silly, but I'm having a heck of a time finding replacement wiper blades. I bought some at my local O'Reilly auto parts store that were supposed to work, but they just wouldn't go on there. From looking at photos on the web, it seems the 2004 S80 uses a "wrist action" type wiper arm (does that sound correct?), and all of these blades I'm looking at seem to support only the hook, bayonet and pin-lock type arms.

Can someone tell me a blade I can buy that can just go right on? I do understand that there are 2 different lengths - 24" for driver and 22" for passenger. Thanks in advance!! -Wes

I came across this from Tire Rack and saved it for future purchases. I am not sure how the prices compare as I just purchased my 2004 S80 a few weeks ago.

Has anybody found a source of 2004 S80 blades? The tirerack page previously posted has wipers that look like they fit (Top-Lock Gen II connectors), but they're $30 each!
Is there no source of reasonably priced wipers for these cars? There's no way I'm paying $120/yr for stinking windshield wipers! At that price I'm surprised they aren't getting stolen off of new cars on the lot and sold cheap on ebay...

OK. I think I've found the Valeos a lot cheaper on amazon. From looking at Valeo's website, they appear to have two kinds of blades that fit these cars: 900-22-8B/900-24-8B and TL2-22/TL2-24.
The 900 series are about $20 ea and the TL2 series are about $12 each. All of the reviews on the 900 series are positive, but some reviewers did not like the TL2s stating they were about half the width of their original wipers and prone to twisting about.
I suppose I can stomach $40 for wipers, so I'm ordering a set of the 900 series.
Wish me luck!

May be a bit late here but I have had Bosch Icons on my '05 since new. Replaced them in '08 and they are still working very well (garage kept car however). I now run them on 4 cars. Love them. At $43 a pair I think it's more than fair! One source below-

Here's the best way to explain why you had difficulty. You have to be careful with your vehicle and make sure you try to determine if its early production or late production.

$43 a pair? That's why I switched to trico neoforms...about $17 a pair after rebate (normally $33ish a pair).
