1997 s90 transmission problems

my car needs to warm up 20-30 minutes before will drive but then it is ok have checked fluid any ideas

How did you check the fluid? Was car running?

How many miles on the car? Have you ever changed the fluid?

no we put some in but it is hard to see car has 225000 miles on it

we just added some but really could not see Should I get transmision flush?

If you haven,t done any fluid change or flush with that many miles. I would definitely do it if I was going to keep the car.
