2018 S90 T5 randomly unlocking
 

I just acquired a 2018 S90 T5. I’ve downloaded the Volvo On-Call App and successfully set up. The car came with 2 key fobs. Randomly I get a notification from the app that my doors are now unlocked. This has happened for a couple of days now and when I’m not using the app and the key fobs are hanging up untouched and no one pulled on the door handles.

Im wondering if the previous owner had some type of unlocking schedule set up that is causing this but I don’t know how I would confirm that or change it... Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks.

Haven't seen this as a wide spread issue. There's no "unlocking schedule" set up feature that I'm aware of. If this happens again, my suggestion is to call VOC and work with them to reload the software on your phone. I had a different issue with my VOC, and by them working with me to reload the app, my issues disappeared.
