Default aftermarket O2 Sensor

OBDII says Bank 1 O2 #2 is bad, I think that one is on the output side of the catalytic convertor. And car runs nicely until it goes into closed loop - then it gets a little sluggish coming off idle.

Any issues with aftermarket O2 sensor on this vehicle?

Try to get a Bosch. They hate the cheap sensors.(The car)

I replaced O2 #2 this morning.

From what I can tell when ScanTool says "Bank 1 Sensor 2" (back of the cat) it really means "the O2 sensor on the catalytic convertor input side.

So after replacing the cat on the output side, still reporting O2 #2 as bad (0.000v dead flat) and (should have done this earlier) by plugging/unplugging the new sensor at the connector bulkhead the signal comes and goes on what ScanTool is calling "Bank 1 Sensor 1".

I bought the BOSCH OEM sensor, I'm hoping input/output are electrically the same because I'm going to swap the one I just took out with the sensor on the input side and see if that fixes the problem.

Must be with your scanner.
Hopefully they are the same.
