Volvo On-Call not connecting

Volvo On-Call not connecting

Today when I tried opening the On-Call app on my android phone, all I got was a grayed-out Volvo symbol.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

My works fine, but my son in law had to call Volvo when his stopped working. Had it fixed in a couple of minutes.
