Hello everyone

Bit of a Newbie here but this forum looked good and looks to have more people who will reply to questions.
Anyway , my question is about my 1998 1.9 TD V40 that I have just started having a few problems with.The first problem is my throttle seems to get stuck and also takes a long time to drop the revs down when changing gear.Its frustrating me alot now so any tips would be great. The other is the brakes become very soft sometimes and it starts to worry me, its only started happening since the throttle started playing up so I think the 2 are connected.The last one is just a general question, is it normal for the power to drop ALOT when the car is on full lock?
