Does anyone know where I can get a tune done on my car or have any way for the car to re learn bigger injectors? I swapped out the stock ones for for 430cc injectors and it doesn’t want to run, so I need a tune. Does anyone have software or any way to tune older Volvo’s? I’ll pay

 

curious why you decided to swap out your injectors. Generally going to a bigger injector is only needed when you add a lot of boost (more than just a simple stage 1 tweak). Are you sure your replacements are compatible with the management system? Try googling "2000 Volvo S40 ECU tuning" and you'll find a few shops that will tune your ECU. Gen1 S40s don't have a soft loadable capability so they will need your ECU to insert a replacement PROM with the new program. I believe RICA and Upsolute cover this model but not sure. You can also swap out your 12T turbo for a 14T (ie like one off of a S60) - this is what came on the T4 model which would be good for 200HP easy. Even if you keep your tune, the 14T will improve responsiveness.
