D4192T4 engine reliability
 

Hello everyone! I bought a 2002 V40 with a 75kW D4192T4 engine, 5spd manual gearbox, with 339500km.
I tried to find more information about this engine, but I didn't really find anything. Is it reliable? After purchase, what should be checked? In general, car looks pretty, no rust, runs smooth (unlike other diesel cars I heard running rough), even the interior looks good at ~340k km. It's my first diesel, any tips and help are welcomed!
