haydaulic engine mount

Hi,
I would like to control the upper right engine mount but there is a thing there which looks like a haydaulic engine mount. I didnt have such a thing in my old v40. Is the real engine mount underneath this thing?

What I suggest is go to a dealer parts web site like volvopartswarehouse.com, find the diagram for your model and you can find the OEM part number and cost to replace.
